At TheFaithLuxe, we want you to love what you wear—and wear it with purpose. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it right.


📦 How Do I Return My Order?

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging (including any accessories and paperwork).

  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt (e.g., received Jan 1 → postmarked by Jan 31).

  • Returns must be sent with a trackable and insured shipping method.

To start your return, email us at support@thefaithluxe.com with the subject:

"Return Request – TheFaithLuxe", and include:

  • Your receipt or order confirmation

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

⏳ How Long Does It Take to Process?

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 business days to process it. We’ll email you once your return is reviewed and completed.


💳 When Will I Receive My Refund?

Your refund will be issued back to your original payment method, including gift cards (if used).

Please contact us before sending any item back to confirm eligibility. Unapproved or non-compliant returns may not be refunded.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


❗ Haven’t Received Your Refund Yet?

If it’s been a few days since we confirmed your refund and you still don’t see it:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time to post

  3. Reach out to your bank—processing times vary

💔 Received a Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Item?

We’re truly sorry—and we’ll make it right. If your item arrived:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Or has a defect

We’ll send you a replacement free of charge.

Please email support@thefaithluxe.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo or video showing the issue

  • Your full delivery address

  • A contact phone number

We may require visual proof to process the replacement or refund.
