Our Return & Refund Policy

Because every item is made to order just for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds—except in cases where the item arrives faulty or damaged.

We put care into every piece, and we want you to love what you receive. Please check your sizing carefully before placing your order. You can view our size chart on each product page to find your perfect fit.


30-Day Support Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to contact us regarding any issues with your order—whether it's a sizing concern, a defective item, or anything else.

After 30 days, we are unable to process resend requests, exchanges, or refunds.


What If My Size Doesn't Fit?

We understand that finding the right fit can be tricky. If your item doesn't fit as expected, we're happy to send you a new size for a handling fee + shipping fee.

To request a resend, please email us at support@thefaithluxe.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • The size you received
  • The size you'd like instead

We'll provide you with the total cost and next steps.


Promotional Orders

Orders placed with a promotion, discount, or free gift are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded—unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.

Please double-check your size before completing your order. We want you to get it right the first time!


Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items?

We're truly sorry if something went wrong! If you received an item that's defective, incorrect, or damaged, we'll make it right.

We'll send you a free replacement—no extra cost to you.

To start the process, please email support@thefaithluxe.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo or video of the faulty item
  • Your full delivery address
  • A contact phone number

We may require visual proof to process your replacement.
