📦 SHIPPING & HANDLING
We process all orders Monday through Friday (excluding postal holidays). Each item is made just for you, and that takes a little time.

🔍 ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 1–3 days for tracking to update in the carrier’s system.
If your tracking shows no movement right away—don’t worry. That just means it hasn’t been scanned yet. You’ll see updates as it progresses.
🏠 INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping info before placing an order. If a package gets returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we’ll refund the product total once it arrives back to us.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses or forwarding requests after shipment.
📭 LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, it may still be in transit or delivered nearby. Reach out—we’ll gladly help investigate.
If the carrier confirms it's lost, we’ll replace or refund your order.
If something’s missing from your delivery, it may be arriving in a separate shipment. Check your inbox for multiple tracking emails or contact us to confirm.
